Terms & Conditions:
- The referral reward will be issued as a $250 digital gift card (e.g., Coles Group, JB Hi-Fi, Amazon etc).
- Gift cards are sent after the referred candidate completes 30 days in their new role
- Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies or is contacted by Sure Step
- Only new candidates are eligible — we’ll let you know if your referral is already in our network
- Sure Step reserves the right to decline a reward if the referral is ineligible, duplicated, or unplaced

Yes! You’ll receive $250 for every successful referral — there’s no limit.
Do they need to be based in Australia?
Not necessarily — we also work with international and independent schools open to relocation.
How will I receive the gift card?
You’ll receive it via email. No account, invoicing, or paperwork required.
How soon will I receive my gift card?
